CO2 Gas Pain

CO2 gas is what they inflate your body with during surgery. The effects of it (pain in shoulders and upper chest) can last 1-2 weeks (or more). They tell us to walk walk walk to work it out but that just didn't work for me.

What did work is doing a Leslie Sansone DVD. Randomly I picked Walk the Walk - Firm Walk. I didn't do this for the CO2, I did it thinking it was all walking and it would produce some energy (which I have none of). Anyway, to my surprise, this DVD includes strength training. After doing the arm part of the video, ALL CO2 pain was gone.
