Protein Shakes and More

Double Deluxe Chocolate Fudge
Mix one chocolate protein supplement according to directions. Then, add one packet of Swiss Miss fat-free hot cocoa mix and three ice cubes. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds and enjoy.

Broccoli Soup
Makes three 3 servings
1 ½ cup of chopped broccoli, ¼ cup chopped onion, 1 cup of chicken broth, fat-free, ½ cup of grated fat-free cheese (cheddar of Swiss), 2 cups skim milk, 2 tbsp. Cornstarch, dash of pepper, three scoops of protein supplement powder (natural or vanilla flavor).
Boil vegetables and broth in large saucepan. Reduce heat and cover until tender (about ten minutes.) Add milk, pepper and cornstarch. Stir, until soup thickens. Remove from heat and add cheeses stirring until melted. Cool, and then add protein powder.

Blueberry Protein Shake
1 cup blueberries
1 cup nonfat milk or yogurt
¼ cup protein powder
Place the fruit and milk or yogurt in a blender and blend until uniform.
Add the protein powder and mix for an additional 10-15 seconds until
well blended.
(Fruit substitutes: strawberries, raspberries, grapes, peaches, banana, mango or apple for blueberries)
